It allows the endless mode (Zyklus/Family trials) to be played with archipelago multiworld. It randomizes:

• playable characters
• divine relics
• talents

In endless mode (currently only one) it's to defeat end boss:

• once with every character
• set amount of times

Which items can be in another player's world?

All items that can be randomized.

What does another world's item look like in Children of Morta?

Normal divine relics and talents are replaced with multiworld items. Each one tells what it gives and to who.
