Where is the options page?

The player options page contains the options needed to configure your game session.

What does randomization do to this game?

At present all the relics have been randomized.

Future plans for boat equipment, boat upgrades, other quest items, to be randomized.

What is the goal?

The goal collect all 5 relics and deliver them to The Collector

What is a "check" in Dredge?

Currently:

• First time catching a fish
• Unlocking researches (option: Include Research Checks; research costs nothing in an AP save)
• Picking up messages in bottles (option: Include Messages in Bottles)
• Finishing the pursuits and earning the gifts that reward a research book (the book itself is shuffled)
• Meeting the Collector (Grotesque Fish) and handing in each relic
• Finishing pursuits whose reward used to be handed out in a grid (A Fresh Start, Castaway, Lost at Sea, Recording Rarities and others)
• Shrine offerings, shore caches and other found-loot spots (the Old Wreck, the Old Mayor's camps, the old laboratory)
• With the DLC: breaking the Pale Reach ice shards (Under The Ice), its shrine, the Ice Shaper, the Pale Reach captain's logs (with Include Messages in Bottles), and the Iron Rig's opening rewards

Planned:

• Random loot dredging
• Purchase from merchants
• Quest completion

What "items" can you unlock in Dredge?

Currently:

• Fish Encyclopedia entries
• Fillers of random fish
• The Relics
• Boat Equipment (rods, nets, engines, etc)
• Boat Upgrades (spaces in the hull)
• Boat Hull Upgrades
• The Collector's abilities: Haste, Manifest, Banish and Atrophy
• Quest items found while dredging (Belt Buckle, Dog Tags, Mortar parts, Family Crest, Stone Tablets)

Planned:

• Book Upgrades
• Quest Items

Your main progression will be quest items and boat equipment/upgrades.

Known Issues

Mod Compatibility

The DREDGE Archipelago World has not been tested alongside other DREDGE mods.
Running additional mods may cause unexpected behavior or prevent checks from being sent correctly.

Currently reported conflicting mods:

• Tweaks

If you experience issues, try running the game with only this AP mod enabled.
