You start with a random champ. The skills available to you are randomized as well and their positions are swapped. Additionally, shop upgrade locations and rank up rewards have also been swapped.

Every randomized item can be found in the multiworld, which includes skills, upgrade points, crystals, shop upgrades, corruption shards, and gold.

what does another world's item look like in Q-UP?

Items can be rank and level up rewards. Challenges that can contain multiworld items are marked with the Archipelago logo. Multiworld items in the shop include the player's name.

when the player receives an item, what happens?

The next time you enter the lobby, you will receive a notification for each item you received. The maximum amount of unread notifications is nine.
