Q-UP

Weighted Options

Weighted options allow you to choose how likely a particular option's value is to be used in game generation. The higher a value is weighted, the more likely the option will be chosen. Think of them like entries in a raffle.

Choose the options you would like to play with! You may generate a single-player game from this page, or download an options file you can use to participate in a MultiWorld.

A list of all games you have generated can be found on the User Content page.

Item Distribution

Number of Skill Distribution Gates

Decide when the randomizer will enforce skill type distribution settings. By default, the randomizer will make sure your in-logic inventory will match the distribution settings once every 10 levels. Lower values result in more linear progression while higher values cause a more unpredictable distribution. "Never" means skill type distribution will be entirely random and the settings below will be ignored.

Auto Fix YAML Options

YAML Fixes: Automatically Increase Efficiency

This option takes effect when your YAML introduces more progression items than locations. When enabled, it will reduce the number of item drops by increasing the contents of each drop. For example, instead of receiving one upgrade point twice, you receive two upgrade points once. When disabled and your YAML has too many progression items, generating a multiworld is going to fail.
