Weighted Options

Weighted options allow you to choose how likely a particular option's value is to be used in game generation. The higher a value is weighted, the more likely the option will be chosen. Think of them like entries in a raffle.

Choose the options you would like to play with! You may generate a single-player game from this page, or download an options file you can use to participate in a MultiWorld.

Game Options

Progression Balancing

A system that can move progression earlier, to try and prevent the player from getting stuck and bored early. A lower setting means more getting stuck. A higher setting means less getting stuck.
This is a range option.

Accepted values:
Normal range: 0 - 99

The following values have special meanings, and may fall outside the normal range.
  • 0: Disabled
  • 50: Normal
  • 99: Extreme

Accessibility

Set rules for reachability of your items/locations. **Full:** ensure everything can be reached and acquired. **Minimal:** ensure what is needed to reach your goal can be acquired.

Force local first abilitiy

If enabled, forces an ability that can deal damage into your world as the first location you can check (where Trowzer teaches you Tail Twirl). Otherwise, it will be filled into any location that is reachable from the beginning of any game.

Prevent Tropics BK

If enabled, forces either Reptile Roll or Flappy Flight into your world in a location accessible before Tribalstack Tropics. If disabled, these abilities may be placed anywhere.

Flappy Flight Location

Choose where Flappy Flight is put. Flappy Flight opens up many checks and effectively invalidates some abilities like Lizard Leap. "Early" refers to one of the earlygame checks before entering Tribalstack Tropics.

Pagies Required for Capital B

The amount of pagies required to face Capital B. Note that this does NOT guarantee you will be able to access Capital B's office at a particular time, as there are still ability requirements to progress up to Capital B's office in the first place. There are a total of 145 pagies in the game.
This is a range option.

Randomize Grand Tome World Order

If enabled, randomizes the order of the Grand Tome worlds. This does not change the location of the Grand Tomes within Hivory Towers or the cost of the Grand Tomes, only the world you go to when entering a Grand Tome. Galleon Galaxy will never be randomized in place of Tribalstack Tropics.

Disable Quizzes

If enabled, causes the quizzes to be completely skipped.

When you die, everyone who enabled death link dies. Of course, the reverse is true too.

Start with these locations and their item prefilled into the ``!hint`` command.

Excluded Locations

Prevent these locations from having an important item.

Priority Locations

Prevent these locations from having an unimportant item.
